Stephan Dirkes, CCIM®

Stephan started working with CFI in 2017 adding his experience from senior management roles with real estate operating companies with diversified portfolios of retail, industrial, office, and multifamily properties. Stephan has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate developing property-level strategies, qualifying & quantifying real estate investments, capital structuring, asset & property management, finance & accounting, and leasing & sales. Stephan applies his extensive knowledge of real estate strategies and complex deal structuring as a principal and an advisor, and has worked with high-net worth individuals and institutional investors. During his career he has participated in acquisitions & dispositions, financings, and lease transactions in excess of $1B dollars.

Stephan is a homegrown southern Californian attending San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate. He enjoys mentoring his team and has a deep passion for real estate. He currently lives in Solana Beach and enjoys spending time with his daughter and son.
