Shelley Goodson

Shelley is a Senior Property Manager at CFI. She joined the company in 2017, bringing with her 15 years of facilities management and corporate administration experience. In 2018, she received the Property Manager of the Year Award.

Shelley oversees a mixed portfolio of retail and office properties throughout San Diego, working closely with owners, tenants, and vendors. She works diligently to keep costs within budget while also creating value through innovative improvement projects and enhancements.

Prior to CFI, Shelley worked at Yellow Book where she oversaw over 320 properties across the nation, including both corporate hubs and sales offices.

Shelley received her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies at the University of South Alabama, where she also earned a four-year scholarship for playing tennis. Shelley and her husband, Marc, live outside of Ramona, where they raised their two daughters, CoCo and Savannah. Shelley still enjoys playing competitive tennis, as well as hiking and playing with her three Weimaraner dogs. She volunteers as the facilities director at her church.
