Rich Lee, CCIM, CPM®

Rich Lee joined the firm in 2006 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate Management. Rich specializes in commercial/retail, industrial, office and multi-family projects.

In his role as Asset Manager, Rich is versed in all aspects of real estate transactions including: due diligence, investment analysis, acquisition and disposition, lease negotiations, and refinancing. He has in-depth experience with value-add repositioning, property assessments, environmental impacts/remediation, and the appointment and oversight of relevant third-parties (e.g. architects, engineers, attorneys, leasing agents, contractors, etc.). As Director of Real Estate Management, he plays a principal role in leading the property management team to maintain and improve the performance of their clients’ real estate. In addition to these responsibilities, Rich’s current activities include brokerage, consulting and client relations.

Rich holds the CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM®, the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada.
