Brenda Farrell

Brenda joined CFI with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial property management, including extensive experience managing Class “A” downtown high-rise and suburban office properties, mixed-use developments, retail, medical and industrial projects.

Brenda provides leadership to the property management team and oversees all facets of property operations and administration including: developing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, negotiating and maintaining conformity with vendor contracts, implementing security and emergency procedures, monthly reporting and preparing annual business plans, operating budgets and overseeing capital projects, including building construction and tenant improvements.

Brenda’s expertise in building operations and understanding of customer needs has been a major strength in tenant retention. Throughout her career, Brenda has been instrumental in maximizing property value on a large number of assets through establishing and maintaining stable, consistent operations.

Brenda strives to constantly further her real estate education and is currently enrolled in a Business Administrative program. Additionally, Brenda joined BOMA in 1994, and contributed to the operation of two high-rises that were recognized with several Building of the Year Awards.
