Anne Nguyen Sahm

Anne joined the CFI team as an Assistant Property Manager in 2021. She was drawn to the company’s collaborative culture and inspired by the people with whom she shares similar core values and mindset. Anne works alongside the team’s Senior Property Managers to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail centers and Class A and B office spaces. She is also responsible for maintaining properties to ensure safe and beautiful environments for tenants to operate their businesses.

Anne’s career in real estate began during her studies at University of California, San Diego. While pursuing her major in psychology with a minor in business, she simultaneously managed a small portfolio of industrial properties. This experience established her hands-on knowledge in the property management industry, which she has continued to expand through continuing education classes in accounting and real estate. She aspires to become a Certified Property Manager through IREM.

Originally from Vietnam, Anne has been a proud San Diego resident for much of her life. Her cross-cultural background gives her a unique, invaluable perspective on life. In her free time, she loves local hiking, enjoying the sunny California weather, and traveling in Asia. Her favorite countries include South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam.
