Assistant Property Manager
Alfred serves as an Assistant Property Manager for CFI. In this role he is responsible for assisting with move-ins and move-outs, checking all leases for completeness, abstracting and insurance compliance. Additionally, Alfred assists with procuring portfolio contracts including those pertaining to security, landscaping, and cleaning, and analyzes all service and product purchases for potential cost savings. He also conducts property inspections, creates punch lists, and follows up with vendors ensure that assignments are completed correctly.
Prior to CFI, Alfred worked as a residential and commercial Property Assistant at Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast. In this role, he was responsible for on-site retail showings, inspections, and maintenance.
Alfred began his real estate career in 2010, initially as a subcontractor, and then as a Broker’s Assistant in a real estate investment firm. This experience helped develop his skills in customer service, maintenance, management, and growth equity.
After graduating high school, Alfred joined the U.S. Army Reserve and enrolled at South Western College. Alfred was called up to active service and was stationed in Kuwait from 2003-2004.
