CFI has been providing Net Leased Management services to the ownership of this retail property in Oceanside, CA since it’s construction in 2010. CFI provided Property Management services for the entire retail center since 2003 and was retained by the ownership to provide Net Leased services for Walgreens, when the owner sold the rest of the retail center. Managing an anchor tenant, CFI works closely with the new ownership of the retail center to ensure consistent management and services, while providing value to the client.
