CFI manages the North Island Credit Union Headquarters (NICU) building which houses both NICU and Guild Mortgage corporate offices. In 2016, CFI was engaged to provide Asset and Property Management services to streamline operations and improve accounting of the property. As a result of the successful management of the property, CFI was engaged to manage the client’s entire San Diego real estate portfolio, and to advise on its Los Angeles office and retail assets.
