Julius Paeske, Jr. CCIM, CPM®

Julius joined CFI in 1973 and acquired ownership of CFI in 1977. He has since led the company to become one of San Diego’s most trusted commercial real estate firms. Overseeing the company’s operations, he has been involved in the ground-up development of numerous projects and continues to represent the original developers or subsequent owners. His current activities include asset management, commercial brokerage, investment consulting, and finance placement including securitized loan programs. As a real estate investor, Julius understands first-hand the benefits and complexities of owning real estate.

Julius is a native San Diegan growing up in Point Loma. He has lived with his wife Bonnie in Encinitas for the past 33 years and has two grown children and two grandchildren. He enjoys golf, is an avid skier and traveler, having visited all seven continents.
