Jim Marsh

Jim Marsh has been a commercial real estate professional for over thirty five (35) years. During this time he has been directly involved in the leasing and/or sales of Industrial, Land and Investment properties. He has been involved in approximately 40 real estate transactions as an investor.

In 1985, John teamed up with Jim Marsh and they have been partners since. Between the two, they have done over 900 sale and lease transactions since then. Their expertise covers commercial properties from Downtown San Diego to La Mesa, south of Interstate 8. Their independent knowledge of the subject market combined with their leasing expertise and investment experience is an integral part of their success.

In 2004, they began buying commercial buildings in other states. They now own industrial and commercial buildings in California, Indiana and Texas.
